Sri Lanka cricket board has decided to sack Asanka Gurusinha from his controversial post of Cricket Manager of the team, Cricket Age has learnt.
The decision had been taken last night, when SLC top officials met Sports Minister Dayasiri Jayasekera to decide the fate.
Cricket Age has also learnt that senior players of the team has also raised their concern regarding Gurusinha behaviour and interfering nature.
Gurusinha, a member of 1996 world cup winning team, took charge of the team in March this year, after that Sri Lanka cricket has been in shambles.
