Sri Lanka fans across the country, have launched a campaign against SLC President Thilanga Sumathipala, demanding his sacking from the post.
Die hard fans of Sri Lanka cricket asking President not to support those, who lost their seats and are making Cricket lose too.
They are disappointed that even. the president is not taking firm action against Sumathipala and protecting him.
On the social media as well, supporters are blaming Sumathipala and Co. for the debacle of the team!
Many expressing their views that The Sri Lanka logo has changed from the lion to a racing horse, taking into consideration that Sumathipala is the President of SLC. It is also noteworthy that India, has IPL, Australia Big Bash, Bangladesh BPL, Pakistan PCL but Sri Lanka the new version of Sri Lanka Sporting Star!
Also former captain Arjuna Ranatunga too launched a petition campaign against Sumathipala and Co, by having press conference today to inform media about the letter given to President Maithripala Sirisena and prime minister Ranil Wickremasingha.
