With continues decline of Sri Lanka crickeet due to wrong management, it seems Thilanga Sumathipala led SLC is not too far away from being sacked!
Cricket Age has reliably that the President and Prime Minister have summoned Sumathipala on 7th September to ask for his resignation. it also seems that Dayasiri too will be given a shelling by both President and Prime Minister on that day, for his unconditionally support to Sumathipala. He will be told that he needs to look after all Sports and ensure that sports must not come down drastically.
Cricket Age has also learnt that By the end of the Indian tour, the Government is considering to put cricket on right path, by appointing an Interim body to run the affairs of the cricket board and ensure that the constitution is changed.
