Sri Lanka dashing allrounder Dasun Shanaka, on Saturday, smashed a whirlwind century against Kanrich Finance in 25th Singer-MCA Premier league tournament.
Shanaka, who was the stand-in captain for his team Sampath Bank for the match, blasted 107 runs in 105 balls, including 7 fours and 6 towering sixes and helped his team to get a formidable total of 280/9 in 50 overs. Kanrich Finance, in reply, bundled out for 229 runs.
Shanaka has been in form of his life in last six months, as he was the highest run scorer in Singapore T20 tournament as well.
He has been named as standby for Sri Lanka’s two match test series against Pakistan in UAE, starting from 28th September.
