As the first test between India and Sri Lanka ended in a draw after a gruelling final hour of the final day, visitor’s Wicket keeper batsman Niroshan Dickwela had a few furious episodes with team India.
Dickwela, during his enterprising knock of 27, threatened India for a while, as he smashed two sixes in two overs. In response, during the 14th over, R. Ashwin, Team India’s premier spinner, involved in a chat with Dickwela. When Umpire Llong intervened, Virat Kohli also joined the heated argument.
The things went uproar again, when during the 18th over, Shami started running in to bowl, but Dickwela wasn’t ready. Shami didn’t like this at all, as he stared at Dickwela.
As match ended in a draw, former Sri Lanka players and Cricket Fans alike praised their wicket keeper batsman for his fearless attitude.
