Former Sri Lankan Cricketer Chandika Hathurusingha officially began his work as National Head Coach of SL Cricket team on Tuesday, and will speak to media tomorrow afternoon, Cricket Age learns.

All in all, The internal politics of SLC played a big part in the exits, departure of these coaches over the year. In this sort of scenario, it will be interesting to see the collaboration of Hathurusingha and Thilanga Sumathipala led SLC.
Hathurusingha has played 26 tests and 35 ODI’s for Sri Lanka. But, he is a universally well-Known as a innovative and forward Thinking Coach. He has associated as a Shadow Coach with Sri Lanka team, during Kumar Sangakkara tenure as the captain.
