After playing a short but entertaining knock against Bangladesh in the Nidahas trophy, Suresh Raina enthraled his Indian teammates ahead of crucial India versus Sri Lanka clash on Monday with his singing skills. In a video posted on Instagram, Raina is seen singing Kishore Kumar’s 1970 hit song ‘Yeh Shaam Mastani’ from Rajesh Khanna-starer Kati Patang.
Raina took to his Instagram account to post a video of the dame along with the caption, “Practice like you never won & perform like you never lost” – clearly I have nothing to loose with my singing skills! Fun times with my fun team!”
Raina made a stunning comeback to international duties with his stellar 43 in the T20I decider at Newlands in February against the Proteas side which even earned him the Man of the Match trophy. Following his spectacular return, Indian selectors retained him for the Nidahas Trophy Campaign.
