Sri Lanka Cricket fans have come in support of Legendary Muttiah Muralitharan and Blasted SLC President Thilanga Sumathipala, who made serious allegations against World’s greatest bowler on Friday.
During a SLC press conference on Friday, Sumathipala accused Muralitharan of forgetting his past.
“Muralitharan has forgotten his history, he was advised by wrong persons even we have rescued him few times” said Sumathipala.
After news, carried Sumathipala statement, went viral on social sites, die hard fans came in support of him and blasted Sumathipala. Murali Supporters joined the debate in numbers and expressed their views.

“If you were the President of the SLC it was your duty to stand up for the Players. At the same time when you play politics with Cricket Murali has a duty to tell the world that you are ruining Cricket. Look at the record of our Cricket since you took over this time. “Murali didn’t mince his words and truth hurts especially if one is dreaming of becoming the head of ICC.
One is a Champion while the other is a Chumpion ” Wrote Gehan Malaawaratchy.
“What an idiot to be a President. As a previous post stated it was his duty at that point in his position to do what needed to be done. Trying to hang shit on Murali now is the same as dumping shit on your head as Murali is a proven legend and you are a proven donkey who does not know anything about cricket but with all due respect only how to run a bookie or gambling machine maybe, that too if you do not get others to carry out your dirty work.
