Sri Lanka have included former captain Dinesh Chandimal, middle order batsman Angelo Perera and allrounder Shehan Jayasuriya into 22 member squad to play the Test Series against New Zealand. The final 15 will be selected out of the given squad.
New Zealand have already arrived in the Island for one month long tour. The first Test will be played in Galle starting August 14, and the second will begin on August 22 at Colombo’s P Sara stadium.
Three T20s will be played on August 31, September 2 and September 6.
