The domestic 50-overs tournament was originally scheduled to kick off from June 15.
“Due to the persistent rain, we have taken this decision. Accordingly, We will be starting it on the 27th June and will complete before the Lanka Premier League (LPL)” a top SLC official told Cricket Age.

Saracens SC and Army SC consolidated their positions at the top of Group A and Group D with facile victories in the rescheduled matches.
