The biggest trade in the history of the IPL is now official as it was confirmed that the Indian all-rounder and T20I skipper, Hardik Pandya made his move back to Mumbai Indians, the side where he began his journey in the IPL.
In a post on X, Hardik Pandya uploaded a video where the player had reacted to the high-profile transfer.
In order to accommodate Hardik Pandya, the Mumbai Indians franchise decided to let go of the Australian all-rounder, Cameron Green to the Royal Challengers Bangalore for a price of 17.5 crores.
Gujarat Titans are set to receive 15 crores to compensate for the transfer in an all-cash deal from the Mumbai Indians.
Hardik Pandya had made the move previously to the Gujarat Titans where he led the side to their first title in their first season itself followed by another finals appearance where his side where defeated bt MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings.
