Due to continues strange decisions of Sri Lanka cricket board president Thilanga Sumathipala, the island’s image as a cricket playing nation is fast deteriorating.
SLC recently sacked their Coach Graham Ford, and no one seems happy with this unfortunate sacking. Now, One of the greatest ever fast bowler, Allan Donald also took a dig on SLC, after Sri Lanka’s humiliating defeat against Zimbabwe yesterday.
“Great start to the series from @ZimCricketv beating @OfficialSLC at a canter today. What next..Sack the interim coach next I guess????” He wrote on his twitter handle.
The most surprising fact is that, SLC had hired Donald as a bowling consultant for Champions trophy. It shows how much creditability of SLC has been left, even amongst those, whom they hired at some point!
