The Bangladesh Cricket Board on Sunday announced its 15-member side for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy next month in Pakistan and Dubai.
Veteran Shakib Al Hasan, who remains suspended from bowling in domestic and international cricket, was not included in the side. He last featured for Bangladesh during the two-match Test series against India in October.
Litton Das was also omitted from the side while Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmudullah were included.
The side has been slotted in Group A along with India, Pakistan and New Zealand. It will begin its campaign against last edition’s runner-up India in Dubai on February 20.
